Join us at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum

Come to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum on Sunday, October 9, 2005, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and enjoy:

• free admission to the Arboretum by mentioning that you are attending the CLA Alumni Society outing;
• the "Wild About Birds" exhibit, which runs through October 9;
• light refreshments in the Oswald Visitors Center’s MacMillan Auditorium;
• CLA associate English professor and author Julie Schumacher reading from her latest book and discussing creative writing;
• participating in a live-audience taping of radio program Access Minnesota. CLA associate geography professor Bryan Shuman will discuss Minnesota’s geography and environment;
• a lovely fall afternoon in this breathtaking setting.
